The abstracts for an oral or poster presentations should be prepared in LaTeX. A sample LaTeX file can be downloaded here. Due to the limitation imposed by the software (CMS) which we use to run our website, the files with "tex" extension CANNOT be uploaded via our website.  Currently, CMS would only allow the following file types: .zip, .tar, .tgz, .html, .php, .txt, .inc, .bmp, .ico, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .jpg, .jpeg,
.png, .png, .swf, .doc, and .xls.

To overcome this difficulty, we suggest to make a "zip" or "tar" file from LaTeX source file as the following:

zip abstract.zip abstract.tex
or tar -zcf abstract.tgz abstract.tex
or tar -cf abstract.tar abstract.tex

Then upload the file abstract.zip (or abstract.tgz or abstract.tar).
