The Radisson Hotel Hampton will provide shuttle service to and from ORF and PHF between 8:00am to 5:00pm (EST) with a 72 hrs (3 days) advance notice. Please call (757) 727-9700 to make reservation for pick up.
Other airports are: Richmond International Airport (RIC) is about 100km north of Hampton and Washington DC is about 300km north of Hampton.

Special attention will be given to under-represented minorities, women, persons with disabilities and students in HBCUs working in the relevent fields. The applications together with registrations received by Monday, June 5th, will be given full consideration and the applicants will be notified by Monday, June 19th. The preference will be given to those graduate students working in the focused areas of ICMMES who intend to
give presentations during the ICMMES Conference;
contribute papers to the ICMMES proceedings;
attend the short course.
Visa to enter the United States:
People from most western European countries do not need a visa to visit the US. However, machine readable passport is required.
Should you need to apply a visa to enter the US, the LOC will issue you a formal invitation letter for the visa application purpose. The LOC is also willing to contact the appropriate US govermant authorities on your behalf regarding the visa application. Pleae write to
